Our new websites are designed to highlight the District and our schools and provide families and staff with the information they need.

While we are excited to launch the new sites, the project does come with a few potential (and temporary) issues. We request your patience and assistance as we continue to refine the pages on each site.

If you need information urgently and can’t locate it on the website or see an error, please email answers@amphi.com, and we will respond and address the concern as quickly as possible, typically the same day or within 24 hours.

Immunizations

Arizona State Law Immunization Requirements states that all school children must be immunized in order to enroll in school. Amphi Public Schools follows the state’s strict requirements and requires proof of immunizations at enrollment. By law, a student is not allowed to attend classes unless they are compliant with immunizations. The exception for this is a medical, personal or religious exemption. Call the school health office for further information if your child cannot be vaccinated for personal, religious or medical reasons.
