To request donated sick leave, Sick Leave Transfer Request – complete and send notarized original to Benefits.  
 

To donate sick leave to another employee, Intent to Donate – complete and send to Payroll. Donated sick days flow across the same class lines – meaning a Classified Support Staff employee can donate to another Classified Support Staff employee.  A Certified Teacher can donate to another Certified Teacher, but a Certified Teacher can not donate to a Classified Support Staff employee. A Classified Support Staff employee can not donate to a Classified Professional.  (These examples are not all encompassing.)  Also, quoting GB policy, “In order to be eligible to make a sick leave donation, the donor employee must have eleven (11) or more days of sick leave accumulated.”
