Review the District policies regarding PSOs

PSO Annual Application

Please fill out the form and return it to your administrator

Policy and Procedure Acknowledgement

Please fill out this form after reading the PSO Handbook and return it with your Annual Application

Fundraising Approval Form

Please fill out this form at least 2 weeks prior to any fundraiser

There is a PSO Handbook and a Treasurer Handbook. Please read the PSO handbook and sign the Acknowledgment Form with your Annual Application.
